Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
- Plan and carry out direct marketing activities.
- Develop ideas and create offers for marketing to major accounts.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers.
- Monitor and report on knowledge gained during prospect meetings and follow up.
- Manage the external marketing agency activities of telemarketing and research.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills
Required Skills/Experience
- Four-year college degree required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Be self-motivated, creative, flexible, and adaptable to new situations
