If your business purchased Containerboard Products from February 15, 2004 through November 8, 2010, then <<Company>> is entitled to participate in the $376.4 million recovered thus far in class action settlements.

Filing Deadline: Claim filing deadline of February 6, 2018 has been set by the Court.

Eligibility: All entities that, during the Class Period purchased Containerboard Products directly from Defendants (see list below) in the United States.

Summary Defendants engaged in illegal anti-competitive conduct with respect to the sale of Containerboard Products and that as a result, any entity that purchased Containerboard Products directly from any Defendant, during the Class Period paid a higher price than otherwise would have been the case in a competitive market.

Definition of Containerboard Products:

Containerboard Products include linerboard, corrugated medium, roll stock, corrugated sheets and corrugated products, including boxes or other containers

Defendants: The Defendants include: Georgia-Pacific LLC and WestRock CP, LLC (formerly known as Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation) (collectively, the “Non-Settling Defendants”); Packaging Corporation of America (“PCA”); Cascades Canada, ULC and Norampac Holdings U.S. Inc. (collectively, “Norampac”); International Paper Company (“International Paper”); Weyerhaeuser Company (“Weyerhaeuser”);6) Temple-Inland Inc. (now known as Temple-Inland LLC) (“Temple”); and TIN Inc. (now known as TIN LLC) (‘TIN”).
