Business Development Associate

Required Skills/Experience

  • Four-year college degree required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Be self-motivated, creative, flexible, and adaptable to new situations
  • Present services to high-level professionals.
  • The sales process for large clients can be extremely long and requires long-term dedication, patience, and persistence.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
  • Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
  • Plan and carry out direct marketing activities.
  • Develop ideas and create offers for marketing to major accounts.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers.
  • Monitor and report on knowledge gained during prospect meetings and follow up.
  • Manage the external marketing agency activities of telemarketing and research.
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills
